The house is an older neighborhood that backs up to the Austin Bluffs Open Space. Lots of trails and bike paths start within steps of the front door. Stroll to Palmer Park with its tall rock spires, steep cliffs, open fields, and Pikes Peak views.

Hiking and biking can start right from the front door. Colorado Springs is a large city and renting a car is recommended
